      - Friendly atmosphere - Easy to take WFH if needed - Different interesting projects of many expertises - Salary review is quite simple and fast - Possibility to relocate to another city/country - Good internal courses - Career growth

      - Your salary most likely won't be recalculated if you relocate to the city/country with higher living cost

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
