      You can work on different projects with different customers You can change your project if you don't like the existing one in terms of people or requirements No conflicts of interest in the office as everyone works on different projects

      Cons

      Sometimes the deadlines are very tight Also you have to quickly onboard for each new project, which may be a bit stressful

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
