      Pros

      - company take care of people working there, recognizing it as the biggest active - top management of the company has a technical background - organization has it's own vision while focusing on competitors success - fair compensation policy with market-level orientation - quite a lot of experience while the crisis phase

      Cons

      - flat structure orientation produces a lot of communication within BaU - requires a lot of initiative to succeed in a career growth

And we don’t consider it as something bad. On the contrary, it helps our colleagues to develop and deepen their profession. Indeed, for a modern developer, it is important to understand the client’s needs and know how to implement them.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
