Pros

Competitive salary Good top management No micromanagement Employees are valued and overall good company culture

Cons

Lot of toxic people among employees (Devs,QA etc) Work-life balance is bad. Overloded working day is not rare thing. And everything should be done in yesterday.

Thank you for your review, it’s great to know that you like the salary and other working conditions at DataArt! We are concerned that you feel overloaded with tasks and we don't regard it as a natural state. You don't have to work overtime if you don't want to, and we ask you to escalate the issue if you feel any press about that from a particular TeamLead or manager. Your work-life balance is important for the company as well as comfortable teamwork. Don't hesitate to articulate the problem and address it to HR and your local office management if you don't feel enough support within the project.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
