      Pros

      Opportunity to learn and work with different technologies, experienced professinals all around that motivate you to grow to their level, comfortable office.

      Cons

      Large sized companies always seemed to me as excessively bureaucratic structures which limit employee's perspectives. I hope this company is not like that.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
