Pros

- Great culture. People first principle is really practiced, for example in the beginning of pandemic the company took policy to not fire any employees until the market is stabilized. This is in contrast to some other companies who used the opportunity to get rid off liw performers and instead hire talents from other companies. Big group of employees work here for 10+ years or even have DataArt as their first and only employee in their careers. After working 1+ yr here I understand these people as company is not only a great place to work in, has a big pool of very experienced and skilled professionals in almost every IT specialization and offers great opportunities for growth.

Cons

Being an outsourcing company a lot depends on a client, you might be unfortunate to be on a project with technology stack that is not interesting for you, however there is always opportunity to ask to switch the project if that is the case.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
