Pros

There are some benefits in terms of the pool of projects (if they make them available to you), tolerance to the remote work, offices and equipment. Some opportunities (pretty often are mandatory) to study new things while you are not at a billable position. To some extent, that is the ideal place for being just a "sellable" developer with the avg salary, if that is everything what you need.

Cons

Extreme difficulties with salary review and the overall idea of paying you as much as annoying you are to the hr/people management department. Lack of career opportunities. Issues with the projects diversity. Many unprofessional (effective) managers. Local cliques, double standards, cut-throat atmosphere

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
