      A lot of projects to choose from. Great chance to develop your skills and learn something new, especially on DataArt's internal learning platform. Good salary and benefits, open to discussion management, and great people that always can help you.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can get not the best project but it is a common issue in such companies.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
