Thank you for your review, it's good to know that you also love the industry we work in :) If you are dissatisfied with policies and processes you are free to speak out or escalate the problem to project or local management. The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee him or herself. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
