If you are dissatisfied with policies and processes you are free to speak out or escalate the problem to project or local management.
The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee him or herself. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.
