      Thank you for your feedback, it's great to know that you love DataArt people, and working conditions, and relocation opportunities :) Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry that your projects didn't match your expectations. We also encourage our colleagues who have any unpleasant experience *(like low level of team spirit, etc.) to speak out to location or project management. We work to solve such issues.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
