      Pros

      Interesting projects, professional team members, ability to grow, relatively good pay.

      Cons

      The company couldn't cope with the crises and a lot of my colleagues lost their jobs. I've also encountered negative attitude of some HR colleagues after 6 years of working there.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
