      It was great to work there: - salary is bigger than average in market - helps with relocation - interesting projects and you can choose - open minded teammates

      Cons

      They are located only in "low cost" countries. You cannot work with them in USA, Canada or Germany.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
