      Managers listen to team members. Possible career growth inside company. Opportunities for self development for motivated employees

      Cons

      Poor projects related to Python. From my experience salaries are lower than the market average. Over bureaucratic process of compensation review (it is easier to change company).

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
