      Pros

      I worked for 2 years in the Kyiv office, have the mostly positive impressions, the company is really ready to meet and has clear transparent policies. Any things are discussed and decided. There are nuances of course but in general it s good. Definitely recommend - you can almost always pick up a project to your liking.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
