      Thank you for the feedback and for letting us know that you enjoyed working at DataArt. You're correct, DataArt completely left the Russian market in 2022. We closed all the offices there, fulfilled all contracts with clients, and stopped all operations.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
