Pros

Flexibility - you can work from home and schedule your day as you want - if that works for the project, which is very important if you have busy life. The company is full of different professionals so if you need help, you can find it within the company as people are helpful as usual.

Cons

If you don't have a project they may let you go so its not very easy to leave a project even if you do not enjoy it. They decided to cut costs and therefore the salary raise might not be as good as I was promised in the beginning, neither that easy, even if you have brilliant feedback from the project they might make it very hard for you to have the compensation you deserve.

Thanks for the feedback! It's nice to know that you are satisfied with the conditions and format of work at DataArt. If you are dissatisfied with policies and processes you are free to speak out or escalate the problem to project or local management. Feel free to contact your local office administration or HR manager to start your case investigating. We encourage our colleagues who have unpleasant experience, to speak out to location or project management. We have internal procedures aimed at solving such issues.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
