Thanks for the feedback! It's nice to know that you are satisfied with the conditions and format of work at DataArt. You are free to address any question regarding your location benefit package to the local management. In fact, the list of benefits is defined by a complex set of factors, and we are doing our best to keep them everywhere adequate to the market situation.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
