Pros

The company often encourages initiative, which means you can become a mentor or engage in additional activities. There are also opportunities for growth and development. One of the appealing aspects is the flexibility and support in professional development. There is the opportunity to expand skills and transition to new technologies thanks to various educational programs and platforms designed specifically to enhance knowledge and career growth. Additional bonuses are available, such as health insurance and support for relocation to another country. The team is polite, and it's pleasant to work together. The company also offers the opportunity for remote work. Proficiency in English is an essential requirement for successful work in the company, which also contributes to expanding my professional horizons and communication in the international environment. Overall, having experience in various companies, I can confidently say that this is a quite good company.

Cons

Periodically, the company makes efforts to anticipate changes in the labor market, which is why salary reviews are occasionally delayed, whereas in other companies, this hasn't been an issue. Overall, salaries are not the highest, but they are also not the lowest. I could say they're average. Furthermore, there have been issues regarding employment in the past (I'm not sure about the current situation). There was a problem during the hiring process when I discussed one thing with the manager, but when I arrived, the manager claimed, "We've never heard about this before; you're lying." A similar situation occurred with an acquaintance, but that was in Ukraine.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
