Historically, there's no annual salary review procedure. You have to ask for a raise, and if you don't ask, the company will never suggest it. For the last two years, even this nontransparent process doesn't work because there is a freeze. So, when you ask, they still reject you.
There is general chaos: it's never clear who is responsible for what.
After 25+ years, procedures and processes are messy and still being developed.
It's a family company in the worst way. There are a lot of relatives and friends, especially in the Back Office. Some are good, but others would never be hired if not for nepotism (no PC literacy, no English), so be ready to do their job, fix their mistakes and get paid less in the process.
There's also a hiring freeze, so when someone leaves, they just divide the work among the remaining staff without additional pay.
