Pros

The company cares about its people, and here I feel the stability and safety. Besides that, there are amazing developing opportunities. I can switch to any position I want, and DA provides all the resources for that (internal courses, mentorship, practice projects, etc.).

Cons

Don't have an opportunity to work from any country. If I would like to live somewhere where DA has no official representatives, I have to pay taxes on my own. Doesn't support relocation in terms of finances and visa (rare case).

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
