Quite frankly DataArt is the single best company I worked for. There are so many elements that makes me want to stay, but most of all is about honesty. They're honest people that treats employees as human beings. Sometimes news are not the best, but they manage to be honest ALWAYS. I really appreciate this!
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to change beliefs regarding certain challenges in the business, as some of them can have deep roots in the top management.

Thank you for being with DataArt and for sharing your experience.
We’re glad to hear that the supportive team and learning opportunities stood out during your time with us.
Thanks again for your kind feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A global company where you work with people from all over the world.
The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off.
You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process.
And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.
Cons
The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
