Pros
There is a wide variety of projects to work on. The company is also invested in your interests, well-being, happiness on projects.
Cons
A lack of structure and the remote nature of work can make it difficult to get support, especially in terms of professional development. But this is being increasingly addressed.

Thank you for being with DataArt and for sharing your experience.
We’re glad to hear that the supportive team and learning opportunities stood out during your time with us.
Thanks again for your kind feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A global company where you work with people from all over the world.
The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off.
You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process.
And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.
Cons
The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
