Pros

Great teammates—skilled, collaborative, and supportive. Minimal micromanagement.

Cons

The company has been in crisis for years. Many talented employees left between 2022 and 2024. Career growth is stagnant, and salaries have been frozen for some employees due to cost-cutting. Leadership favors certain individuals, and recent layoffs—including in Ukraine—were framed as "optimization." Many of my friends lost their jobs. Projects are shrinking, clients are leaving, and employee well-being is no longer a priority.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
