Thanks for working with us for more than 6 years! We appreciate your review. Our employees can initiate a compensation review through our internal system if they are not satisfied with their current package. For more details, they can always contact their local HR Manager.
If you experienced any form of intolerance, that is truly unacceptable. We sincerely regret this and want to assure you that we have internal policies in place to address such situations. Any report submitted to the committee responsible for enforcing DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) principles is escalated and thoroughly investigated.
We genuinely hope you won't encounter anything like this again in the future. If your concern has not yet been escalated, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us and describe what happened, so we can properly look into the matter.

Thank you for being with DataArt and for sharing your experience.
We’re glad to hear that the supportive team and learning opportunities stood out during your time with us.
Thanks again for your kind feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A global company where you work with people from all over the world.
The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off.
You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process.
And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.
Cons
The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
