      Pros

      A fantastic company to work for—supportive, flexible, and appreciative of good work. There are plenty of exciting projects, and the colleagues are wonderful to collaborate with. It’s a great environment to quickly develop and improve your skills, with the added benefits of remote work options and even opportunities to work from abroad

      Cons

      An outsourcing company, though that doesn’t feel like a drawback

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
