Good company if you want to step into Healthcare IT. Great team spirit as everyone will help you to get over difficulties in your duties.
Cons
High responsibilities and high workload. No recognition from the HR : do not expect a fair raise in salary even if you climb the ladder. Weak internal organization due to multiple reorg and acquisitions : no visibility on products’future, no QMS, weak innovation due to old technologies. Rentability of healthcare activities is quite low.
