      Great Compensation. Provides yearly 25 k for self well being. internet expense. mobile bills. Year end disconnect of 5 days in last month of December.

      Cons

      We have to contribute to firm initiatives other than project works. Project calls can extend till 9 PM. Even if you are technical, people management is part of the job.
