Good to see John Cryan trying to make some changes and a number of the senior management who broke the bank have been eliminated.
Cons
Terrible culture. A number of old guard MDs still remain with their own empire building characteristics. A culture of blame. A culture of I will take credit for your work. A culture of I will rip as much money out of DB for me the manager and screw you the subordinate. A culture of bullying. As a woman, I left because my manager would scream at me in a public environment. He was an aggressive bully. Human Resources did nothing (because their bonus was paid by the bully). Avoid this employer at all costs, especially if you are female
