      Money. Insurance. Free conferences, training, courses. Work in a well-know company, Distributed team. High qualified employes. Nice office. Paid overtimes, sick leave. 32 day offs per year.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy. Legacy code, a lot. Employees are not high motivated because of the high level of salary. It's hard to raise your salary so it's better to get maximum at the project interview. Hard to get promotion. Overtimes.
