      more relaxed corporate culture compared with US firms, people are more eclectic, and less aggressive, great banking name in Europe,powerhouse especially fx and fixed income

      Cons

      bureaucratic and political at every level, so quite strict and serious corporate culture, in US it might be somewhat different
