      Good vacation days, good benefits, great peers

      Cons

      Too many middle managers who doesn't contribute. No work life balance, especially since WFH model began. All the good people are leaving because they're exhausted and over worked. Not enough growth for employees.

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
