Pros
Went from working in the public sector to private. Boosted my resume.
Cons
A lot of upper management with very few people to do actual work. Had 3 different managers checking in with me and at times kept resetting my priorities in conflict with the others. They signed a support contract with HP and farmed my job to them. When I left the job HP took their contribution to my 401k back even though I was fully vested. Will never work for DB no matter how much they offer.
