a) Almost impossible to get promoted and many real talents leave London's offices for other companies offering better salary packages and titles. b) London's office is constantly reducing the number of people for cheaper locations (ex: India or east Europe) where less-talent people are getting hired with higher titles than deserved and better salary conditions (if compared to a lower cost of living). c) Technological devices provided to work are constantly under-performing and at the moment running meetings smoothly seems impossible.
