      Pros

      Good work life balance. Lot of things to learn from technical, domain knowledge perspective. Bonus is pretty good. Paid vacation, holidays, and other benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      No increment for fixed salary part. Tough to get promotion once after joining - it takes many years.
