From my experience, I genuinely haven’t come across any cons while working at Deutsche Bank. Having a supportive team and the right leadership makes all the difference and I was fortunate to have both. My manager, Shrividya, and my VP, Kedar, played a crucial role in my journey by guiding me whenever needed and creating an environment where I could thrive. I was also part of an amazing team that collaborated seamlessly, shared knowledge openly, and made even the most challenging days easier. The combination of strong mentorship, a positive culture, and continuous learning made it a truly fulfilling experience.
