      1. Nice location: berlin is a very nice place to work; T-labs is located near the heart of the city and the location could not have been better 2. Nice amenities 3. Wonderful supervisor 4. External researchers are invited for talks, which I think makes it easier to network with senior researchers in the related field

      Cons

      1. I wish there was more enthusiasm among junior researchers to network with the seniors in the filed. Somehow I felt that the communication was lacking.
