Pros
Good to join if you already have a good salary package. Job security is there. Most employees are there since last 10 years. Work culture is friendly.
Cons
Micro management is there. Company policies are not good. Limited scope for growth. No consistency in assignment of designation. Earlier there was work life balance, but since the company adopted 15 days sprint, there is no worklife balance. Sometimes employees are forced to come office on weekends, and this is happening more often since company adopts 15 days sprint.
