      Pros

      I worked as an intern in Budapest-based office of ICSS. Flexible hours and you can work from home as you want. Free cafeteria. nice office. you will get your own laptop. everybody is very nice.

      Cons

      really bad salary( they caculate the wage daily every month, even you work more hours the next month, you will still earn less money from the previous months if there are more working days in total to divide daily wage) no future development or full-time hire
