Pros
1. Good use of SCRUM methodologies 2. Very good learning in almost all areas of Microsoft Technologies. 3. Directors and PO's are easily approachable for reasonable discussions. 4. Teams are more focused on code performance, so as the good ways to learn & write effective code. 5. Good in-hand salary and perks tax saving or reimbursement on books, laptop, telephone bills and Wi-fi. 6. Paytm food wallet is more useful then sodexo.
Cons
1. Very uncomfortable or uneasy to adopt the culture if you were a part of very good service based firm. 2. Work work and only work - rarely any team building or employee engagement activity (may be not required due to less employee strength) or fun at work. 3. Management is not adaptive for any changes, take lot more efforts. 4. No employee friendly activities and policies.
