The company also promotes the growth of T-shaped skills, offering a diverse set of educational courses. Additionally, funds are provided for certifications and exam fees.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that the company is quite old, some business processes are significantly outdated, illogical, or inefficient. You may encounter many legacy systems that should retire soon, but still require support.
