it has a diverse work place.

your happiness is all about the team you work at. I had amazing 3 years in the company then had to leave on bad terms because the last manager i worked for was not capable of doing her job, basically she ended my career there. Some teams get work from home option 2 days by default while others had to beg for it or do not even get it. management need to solve this problem. it is so not fair.
