Pros

Good benefits - medical, dental, 401K, etc

Cons

DMS and agile are nuts. No one is on time for meetings. No one reads their emails, won't help others. Not allowed to work on items until they are prioritized. Would rather have business technology resources sitting and doing nothing. So much chaos. Work at home was a great offer but now random people decide a meeting has to be in person - so can't even work at home much anymore.
