Pros

Discover has some great benefits, are super inclusive, and have overall enjoyed my work here

Cons

With Covid, agents are experiencing extremely high call volumes, with very agitated customers, and instead of adding more agents, they are moving agents to departments that are not experiencing this. Our Cardmember Assistance department is a dumpster fire, according to other managers as well.
