      Pros

      I haven’t worked there since 2020 but the people were the best. Most folks were always willing to help, go the extra mile for teammates and associates. Really great people.

      Cons

      A lot of changes going on to the overall company. Jobs changing, moving or getting eliminated.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Cons

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
