Discover is a company that is super focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and they do more than just provide lip service. The company has metrics and targets to ensure they are improving with respect to DEI. The company has a good work-life balance as well.
Cons
The company suffers from midwestern nice syndrome. There is little debate to refine ideas and typically the person with the highest title in the room makes the decision, even though it's typically the wrong decision.
