      Pros

      EPAM proposes bench + good social benefits + quite competitive salary in the outsourcing area (comparing to another companies). Plus they really have salary review + internal mobility program. Good choice for a stable career to work in one place for a years

      Cons

      This is definitely not a choice if you want dynamic company. Too much bureaucracy, all processes take a lot of time. Title promotion - 8 months, salary review - 3 months. Want to relocate? Work at the ONE project 12 months. Only 1 large customer in Kraków

      Pros

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
