      Pros

      Good for start of career. Average salaries for starters. Experience in different technologies.

      Cons

      It is company of companies. Onshore and offshore businesses are separated. Main office is a huge difference to other locations. Vague in values - no one seems to be care about them and absolutely no focus on people - they are just resources.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
