      Pros

      Company provides access to different competencies as well as opportunity to work across different industries and client cultures. Still flat in a sense that top management is very aware of what's happening and who's doing what on particular implementation team level.

      Cons

      Company is growing very rapidly and is getting more vertical. Transforming into truly big faceless company similar to Accenture with lots of folks coming in with the mindset opposite to the one listed in Pros.

As you mentioned, we are growing at an increasingly fast pace - part due to market demands and part due to our success (which isn't a bad thing!).       Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
