      I have been working in EPAM from 3 years in testing domain, I was joined as contract employee and company recognized my hard work and made me a permanent employee. Thereafter I got many awards and appreciations that gave me the feeling that I am working in great company. Good Salary package and no variable pay below 5th level. Awards and appreciations when worked beyond limits. SDET training programs and unlimited online training training's. To make u happy ,hobby programs like Photography ,Movie acting etc Following latest technologies like Devops and Cloud that make everyone to follow.

      Cons

      Company should bring banking and health care projects . No work from home facility to all employees

      Thank you for your review. We continue to seek inputs from associates to improve the work environment at EPAM. To this efffect, Voice of EPAM boxes are placed in the floor for associates to share concerns, ideas, suggestions anonymously to make EPAM a better place to work. We have started 2 banking projects in Hyd and Pune and are in advanced stages of starting 1 more in Pune. Work from home facility is available for all associates in the company. We have initiated a global mobility program where associates will have visibility to oppurtunities across EPAM and can opt for it provided criteria is met. In fact, we are identifying more than 10 associates to travel to Minsk for a year. Also, attracting associates from different countries to start working from India. Couple of them are awaiting work permits,

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
