      Career growth, Good Insurance, Nice people, Green card Sponsorship, A lot of room to grow and improve your skills, different projects

      Cons

      Lower salary than average, offices could be better, have to pay for a green cards second and third stages, not enough strategy visibility

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
